Another record for the lowest powerplay score by Lahore Qalandars

The lowest powerplay scoring for the first six matches against Multan Sultans was Lahore Qalandars, who scored 26 on 2 wickets in the PSL 6. Multan hopes that their bowling unit will show off well and secure their first game of the tournament. Although Lahore is sailing at the top of the PSL point table, Multan is struggling at the position of fifth, only outside the desired top four.

Captain Sohail Akhtar of Lahore was the first person to leave Carlos Brathwaite's bowling, while Fakhar Zaman immediately preceded Shahnawaz Dhani's wicket.

It was the lowest powerplay score in the history of PSL for Lahore. Their last lowest was against the 27 losses of three wickets in the first edition of the PSL, Peshawar Zalmi.

Karachi Kings scored 33 runs in her powerplay a few days back, the last lowest in the PSL this year, against Islamabad United.
