Apple foldable iPhone may look LG’s help for its display

The company is finding funding from LG to develop an Apple foldable display for the upcoming iPhone in line with a recent report by Apple.


In one article, the LG display supports Apple to produce a foldable OLED screen for the iPhone. It is not clear, though, whether it will proceed until a mobile phone is introduced as the provider of the foldable iPhone.

LG's sponsored in Apple's foldable display was far from the first time. The organization chose Apple and other industry leaders as the first technology consumers in 2016.

The company was also in negotiations with Samsung as Apple's OLED folding panel supplier. In the latest reports, Apple was also funded by prototypes for testing last year.


In January, the first work on a folding iPhone was published by Apple. It was said that the production stage did not shift beyond the screen at the point.

However, in the various patents and applications submitted in the last few years the work of a company regarding folding equipment technology is evident.


What's real, reports have gathered heat over the last year or two. It doesn't mean anything concrete, but it indicates that an iPhone folding could be with us sooner rather than later.
