Google is soon to rollout for Android users from Google Maps Dark Mode

The dark mode in Google Maps' Android app is about to arrive. The business has demonstrated the feature to all Android users worldwide after several months of testing. The Dark Theme saves users' battery life and also adds to the eye strain reduction with its gray interface. The enterprise has also confirmed Google Maps' dark mode as one of several new Android features. Google has also added new features to extend Android device password checks and some Android Auto updates.

On its blog, Google revealed that Google Maps dark mode is soon to be released to all Android users worldwide. To check for the new Dark theme on your Android smartphone, simply select Google Maps Settings and click on the Dark Theme. Click on it to lower the lights of the Google Maps app, if available while you search.

To switch to Settings >> Theme >> again and always click the LightTheme button if you want a White Screen again Android users still cannot locate the dark theme feature on Google Maps even after the update to the latest 10.61.2 version. Google says that Android users can soon receive that feature and it takes a couple of days to get started. There is currently no details when Google Maps releases the same iOS functionality.


Google has launched an Android handset password search feature. The company said the feature has been developed for Android 9 smartphones and above. You can also program messages directly on your Messages app. The TalkBack Android screen reader has been renovated with the technology company for those who have a vision issue or trouble viewing the show.
