Muhammad Rizwan smashes another Fifty in 2 match of PSL 6

Mohammad Rizwan is on the record in terms of batting, and he appears to be in no condition to let it go fast. In his first match as Multan Sultans' captain, the wicketkeeper was hammering another half a century.

The 28-year old ran 53 balls, 8 fours, and 2 sixes, in 71 runs. While his partners did not have much support on the other side, Rizwan ensured that he tried to use smart cricket to the scoreboard.


However, his exit dented Multan's expectations for firework at the ends of the innings. Rilee Rossouw seemed like putting it in motion for a huge total.

Finally, in their assigned 20 overtaking Sultans achieved 150/8. Rizwan became just the second Pakistani to score for centuries in formats in the recently ended South Africa series. He ended his debut tone in tests against South Africa with a record-breaking T20I series.


A century, he scored 197 runs in the 3-game series, the most being a Pakistani in a three-game bilateral series.
