In order to provide improved customer contact and communicate with clients, the Pakistan Telecom Company Limited has officially established its existence on WhatsApp.

PTCL WhatsApp, a short, convenient and secure contact platform, provides instant responses to customer queries and offers customers a range of options such as registration of grievances, purchasing new goods or services. In addition, consumers can collect updates on different packages and discounts, along with information on their bill and even more. This program facilitates clients 24 hours a day and aims to resolve the contact divide.
