Wahab Riaz Breaks his record with T20 crickets for the most expensive spell

Wahab Riaz, an experienced left-arm player, was the most important rider in his career in T20, as he allowed 54 runs between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators in his four overalls in the PSL 6. The last year, Wahab was badly out of form, and he has conceded over 50 runs for his four races for the third time in recent history. Quetta hit the Zalmi bowlers in the park and set the target of Zalmi for 198, so the two teams are looking up to the PSL points table.

This is Wahab's second consecutive match in over 50 runs. In 4 overs against the Multan sultans, he had figures of 51/0. Fortunately for him, the bats dug deep and won Zalmi's game. In this match, he ended in four overviews of figures of 54/2 and would have to count on his batsmen to chase the target again.

The form of Wahab has caused him to be snubbed with a team from the country and his expectations for the T20 World Cup team are minimal if it continued.

Wahab has been playing for Pakistan on five T20Is since 2020. Just 4 wickets were picked on average at 39.50 and the low economic values were at 9.35. Zalmi hopes that Wahab will find his old shape back and help them win their next matches.
