Admissions are now open for E-Rozgar Training Program

Recently, the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) declared that new admissions are now available for the latest e-Rozgar training batch. The candidates will apply on the online website. This remarkable initiative was launched by PITB in partnership with the Youth and Sports Department. The Program aims to give unemployed young people with at least 16 years' education digital skills and freelancing training. Moreover, it's absolutely free of charge, the great thing about this program.

There are over 32 training facilities in Punjab province and until now up to 28.000 students have been trained in the E-Rozgar training program. It has so far contributed Rs. 2.4 billion to the foreign exchange.

The following courses are offered in the program:

  • Content Marketing & Advertising
  • Creative Design
  • E-commerce
  • Freelancing

Anyone interested in applying online should visit http// to be subsequently submitted in an online Entry Test. A coordinated national initiative of the government of Pakistan to create a know-how-based economy within the reach of digital Pakistan is part of the training program E-Rozgar, along with the national freelance program and DigiSkills. The struggles for the digitization of the youth were all set to reach the $2 billion mark by 2021, showing the results of Pakistani IT experts.

Only those people who meet the following requirements are selected:

  • Punjab province’s domicile
  • A valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
  • Minimum 16 years of education
  • Maximum age of 35 years.
