PTCL introduces the Balochi language on its customer service

In its customer support services, Balochi Language was launched through an automated 1218 Helpline by the Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL).

The Balochi Language implementation shows that PTCL is dedicated to servicing customers in Pakistan in its local dialects. Recently, in order to serve its clients more efficiently, PTCL has incorporated Sindhi language customer assistance in its service portfolio. The ideology of the company is focused on equality and service efficiency, including consumers from all walks of life, for every region of the country.


Moqeem ul Haque, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategie Director of PTCL & Ufone shared his views on the initiative: 'PTCL, as a national corporation, is always committed to providing its customers across Pakistan with quality services. Launching Balochi in our customer service is a step in the right direction since we believe in representing all of our cultures and industries. In addition, PTCL aims to fill the contact divide and provide customer-friendly platforms for consumers. We will continue our efforts to cater for more regional languages and to combine them."


As Covid-19 remains prevalent, consumers of PTCL will continue to enjoy uninterrupted home security services while being served in their regional languages.
