Steyn keen to return to Pakistan for PSL 6

South African legendary pacer Dale Steyn hopes to return to Pakistan in the sixth season to represent Quetta Gladiators for the rest of the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL), which was postponed on Thursday for an unspecified period due to various Covid-19 players as well as officials testing positive.

Steyn thanked the fans for their help in a video post and claims the Gladiators won a serious momentum and want to continue wherever they left after the tournaments ended.

"While the contest has now been postponed, I do not want your guys to lose their hope. In this competition, we just win a win, like we did last night (against Multan), by having the ball rolling and gathering momentum "Steyn said that.

"If the competition returns, we will hopefully return and complete the case. That's a great idea and the big scheme, I think. So stay with us and look forward to seeing you again. Thanks for supporting you, ". He added.

Ben Cutting from Australia will also be looking forward to returning to Pakistan for the rest of the sixth HBL PSL season.

"To have the tournament postponed is disappointing. We really hope that in several months or later this year we will be able to complete the tournament. I'm so happy to return here. This season left five games for Quetta. Now the momentum has broken. I hope we're going to be on a roll and finish this year," Cutting said.
