By making early breakthroughs and dismantling a batting unit of Quetta, Hasan Ali and Faheem Ashraf set the tone for Islamabad United, amid Sarfaraz Ahmed's exquisite half-century. By scoring his maiden PSL half a century, Paul Stirling ripped apart the Quetta bowling. In the end, Islamabad easily won the match with 6 wickets.

The next match against Lahore Qalandars will be performed by Islamabad United on the 4th March, with both teams headed for the PSL 6 points table.
