Xiaomi POCO F3 and POCO X3 Pro Announced with Snapdragon 800 Series

The POCO X3 Pro and POCO F3 made their debut yesterday, two long-awaited POCO phones. Both phones are high-value devices in classical POCO fashion – POCO F3, the new flagship, and the X3 Pro, the budget sequel to the X3.

POCO F3: The POCO F3 is a rebranded Redmi K40, down to its design, if you haven't followed that. The Snapdragon 870 – an overclocked version of Snapdragon 865+ last year – is in the heart of the phone. It's a 5G chip, built into a modern 7nm chip with large 3.2GHz clocks.

It comes with blazing-fast storage of 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 and an LPDDR5 6GB/8GB upcoming. The setup draws power from the 4520 mAh battery, which charges fast over 33W—within 52 minutes, the total charge is promised. POCO also has a multi-layered cooling system to manage heat dissipation in this performance-beast.

Internal equipment is just one side of the coin; the graphics are equally important for the optimal gaming experience. On that front, the POCO F3 also delivers. Your 6.67" AMOLED display will refresh up to 120 images per second, with a high-responsive 360Hz touch sample. With 1300 nits of high brightness, the screen is rounded off. Moreover, the HDR10+ support provides better contrast.

The camera system of POCO F3 is comparatively tame. A 48MP f/1.8 lens, 8MP, ultra-wide camera, and 5MP macro camera are on the triple camera in the back. Goes with a 20MP camera are taken.

The construction also includes an IR blaster, a fingerprint reader sideways, NFCs, double speakers, and flagship haptics. The colors: POCO F3 comes from € 349 (~Rs. 64,000.) in black, white, and blue.

POCO X3 Pro: The X3 Pro is a first-class version of the X3 last year. Both phones share their design and construction (not to mention many of their functions), but the X3 Pro is running 4G Snapdragon 860, the most powerful.

UFS 3.1, available in 128 GB and 256 GB configurations, are the same top-end storage. 8GB/6GB memory covers multiple tasks, depending on the version.

All are hooked up to a 33W fast-charging battery of 5160 mAh. For efficient heat management, the same cooling technology as the f3 is used in the POCO X3.

On another page in the playbook of POCO F3, the X3 Pro display gives a fluid rate of 120Hz and a very good sampling rate of 240Hz. Unless we look at 1080P, we also see Gorilla Glass 6 toughened IPS LCD.

A 48MP f/1.8 lens, an ultra-wide 8MP camera, and a pair of 2MP portrait and macro sensors are featured on the X3 Pro camera system. POCO X3 Pro has a 20MP auto camera on the front, nestled in a hole-punch.

In this mid-range POCO, you also get the range of flagship features: IP53 dusted and water grades, NFC, dual surround sound speakers, and an improved vibration drive. The X3 Pro base variant begins with €249 (~Rs. 46,000).
