A new oil refinery would benefit Pakistan's environment, Azhar Hammad

Energy Minister Hammad Azhar was positive about setting up a new oil refinery since the surroundings of Pakistan are feasible. In a meeting with Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Maliki, the Minister shared these views.

Hammad Azhar also emphasized the need to develop them more, according to his press release, and said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have comprehensive fraternal ties based on common religion, culture, and customs.

Any of the main issues included in the conversations were bilateral Pak-Saudi energy cooperation and the upcoming Prime Minister's visit to Saudi Arabia. Tabish Gohar and Secretary Power were also included in the conference, as well as the Prime Minister's Special Assistant on Power and Petroleum (SAPM).

The new administration of Biden has brought Saudi Arabia and Pakistan closer together and strengthened relations with the development of defense, oil, and gas cooperation.
