Babar moves to second position in ICC T20I Batsmen Rankings

Pakistan's all-format captain Babar Azam advanced one spot in Wednesday's weekly report, reaching second place in the T20I Player Rankings of the ICC Men.

Babar (26), who overthrown India's Virat Kohli last week at the top of the ICC ODI Players rankings, smacks his maid T20I century and assists him in ranks T20I with Australia's Aaron Finch.

As Pakistan plays a three-part series today against Zimbabwe, Babar has the chance to take the leading position in England's Dawid Malan.

On the other side, Mohammad Rizwan, a wicketkeeper, took the 15th best place in his career while Fakhar Zaman took 33rd place.

Shaheen Afridi, a fast-track left-armed bowler, has reached the best-equaled 11th slot in both matches after grabbing a wicket each while Faheem Ashraf (12 to 16), Mohammad Nawaz (14 to 24), and Haris Rauf (43 to 38) have also passed on to bowlers.
