Pakistan Team Achieves a Unique Record in T20I Cricket

Pakistan's cricket team has always received a strong reputation for its bowling strength and bowling prowess, as it defended a 150 target and won 11 runs in the first T20I against Zimbabwe.

During the match, Pakistan recorded a unique T20I, becoming the world's first team to collect 1,000 T20I wickets and reach the mark in just 168 matches.

Shahid Afridi, the former all-rounder player, is Pakistan's top wicket-taker for T20Is, taking the 99 matches he played with 98 wickets. Followed by Saeed Ajmal and Umar Gul, both of whom have taken 85 wickets.

New Zealand follows green shirts. In 145 matches, the Kiwis received 855 wickets and Australia was third, and in 136 matches they collected 829 wickets.

India is the 4th to take 827 wickets, while the Proteas are the five leading ones with 810 wickets.

Pakistan has historically produced some of the best quick bowlers in cricket history. The world has bamboos with their express pace and precision in Test and ODI formats, including Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Shoaib Akhtar, and Imran Khan.

Pakistan focused on the spin department in the shortest style of the match and was beaten by Shahid Afridi, Saeed Ajmal, and Mohammad Hafeez in their outstanding bowling by the opposition team players. In addition, Pakistan had a terrifying bowling unit in 2010 in the incredible form of Umar Gul.
