Rizwan Inches Closer to Babar Azam and Virat Kohli in T20I Rankings

Batsman, Mohammad Rizwan is now ranked number ten in the ICC T20I batsman rankings worldwide, having dropped in four places. Rizwan was the first to reach the top ten of his career in his magnificent performance in Pakistan's 2-1 win over Zimbabwe.

The 28-year-old scored in the first and third T20I for the first and third half-centuries and he was seen to break into the top 10 by the Indian opener Eoin Morgan, Rohit Sharma, West India opener, Evin Lewis, and England's captain. Rizwan has reached a total of 640 points and is 44 behind Martin Guptill, Kiwi's 9th place opener.

Rizwan is Pakistan's second-largest batsman, with Captain Babar Azam now ranking as the world's third-largest batsman.

In other places, Pakistani fast bowlers Haris Rauf and Mohammad Hasnain climbed up the bowler rankings of the ICC T20I. Haris Rauf is now 21st in the world and has soared to a staggering 17th, meanwhile, Hasnain has taken 52 spots, now 65th alongside Usman Qadir, who has now jumped 12 spots up.

In the top ten with the Shaheen Afridi left-arm pacer, currently in 17th position, there are no Pakistani bowlers. He is officially the world's highest-ranking Pakistani bowler.

Pakistan remained in the ICC's T20I Team Ranking at fourth place, although they lost two rating points in the second T20I after succeeding in a loss.
