Shoaib Malik Lashes Out at Team Management After Zimbabwe Defeat

Shoaib Malik, the veteran all-rounder, has hit the team management in Pakistan after Zimbabwe's 19 embarrassing races have been defeated. In a surprisingly easy chase of 120, Pakistan's Batting Team crashed completely and sank only for the 99, as Zimbabwe bounced back to the three-match T20I series 1-1.

The management of the Pakistan team and how they handled the game was less than astonished by his 39-years-old believes that the team's captain and the chief selector should have full authority in the match.

Malik, a former Captain himself, suggested to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) that an international coach should be hired to help improve and comply with modern game requirements for Pakistan white-ball cricket.

Malik, hoping to come back to the national side of the T20I, accused the team management that they chose players to fit their likes and dislikes, saying that these preferences for players resulted in an embarrassing loss to Pakistan.

Malik took to Twitter to tell his fans his thoughts:

Malik believes the captain can be the ultimate in the whole squad and must have absolute powers of team formation and field decisions. He said that the coach must cultivate and improve the players and the captain and that he should develop new strategies to tackle the opposition.

The results of head coach Waqar Younis, Misbah-ul-Haq, and bowling coach are not happy with fans and professionals of the cricketing world. Rumors came out that South Africa's tour of Pakistan was their last opportunity for the board to persuade them, but the loss of Zimbabwe raises serious concerns about their ability as they were able to defeat South Africa, at home and abroad.
