These Foreign Star Players will likely be replaced Draft in PSL 2021

The replacement draft for the Pakistan Super League's sixth edition (PSL) is expected to take place next week. Due to schedule issues, most players chosen in the original draft will probably not be available. Sources state that there will be no English players for the remainder of the PSL season.

After a COVID-19 outbreak inside a bio-secure bubble, PSL season 6 was postponed. Early March, at least nine members of different franchises tested the virus-positive. The PSL 6 matches that remain will take place between 1 June and 20 June have been recently announced to the PCB.

While a great number of players cannot be reached, many stars from across the world have shown an interest in the first T20 tournament in Pakistan. Stars from Australia, New Zealand, and the West Indies have made themselves available for the tournament, and the replacement drafting is highly sought after.

Amongst the many superstars who will be available in the replacement draught are the explosive Kiwi opener, Martin Guptill, the West India opener, Evin Lewis, the all-rounder of Bangladesh, Shakib-Al-Hasan, the Australian maestro of the middle order, Usman Khawaja, and the West Indies all-rounder, Andre Russell.

The Platinum player category will, according to sources, include Martin Guptill, Shakib-Al-Hasan, Evin Lewis and André Russell, while Tamim Iqbal, Morne Morkel, Adam Milne, James Faulkner, and Usman Khawaja are diamond player categories. The Gold category will probably include Keemo Paul, Dinesh Chandimal and Niroshan Dickwella.
