These Players Will Return to Pakistan After T20I Series Against Zimbabwe

After the end of the T20I series against Zimbabwe, 10 Pakistani players were allowed back in the region. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has demanded relaxation from the Zimbabwe Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in COVID-19 protocols.

Zimbabwe is in the CAA category "C," which effectively means that it is prohibited to travel from and to the region unless the Special Authorities or the High Commission/Embassy of Pakistan grants special permission.

According to the most recent figures, COVID-19 hasn't affected Zimbabwe as much as other countries. It is responsible for a total of 37,875 incidents of COVID-19 and 1,554 deaths.

The CAA has taken into account all the risks associated with the arrival of players from Zimbabwe and has eventually given them the chance to reach the nation after the T20I series comes to an end.

The veteran all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez and Asif Ali and Usman Qadir arrived at Karachi the same day. Sharjeel Khan would arrive in Karachi on April 27th.

Fakhar Zaman is coming to Islamabad on 28 April along with Haider Ali, Arshad Iqbal, and Mohammad Waseem Jnr. During the rest of the touring event, their focus will be on the two-match test series.

The first match of the T20I series will take place at the Harare Sports Club today (21 April). On 29 April the two-matchTest Series will begin.
