Users can now send money through the WhatsApp

In June of last year, WhatsApp launched its 'Ground Breaking' feature which allowed users of WhatsApp to send money to family and friends as well as messages but was suspended a few days after its launch.

This latest WhatsApp update became popular with the users, and this feature has now begun to work again.

The feature was first launched in Brazil, but it has been confirmed that it would be introduced in other countries.

The service in Brazil was halted less than a week after the announcement due to competition issues.

Brazilian banks have expressed concern that the feature could be harmful to Brazilian banks and financial technology according to a recent study from Alli Forbes.

This WhatsApp service has begun operating again, according to the article, after which WhatsApp users will move money using the Visa and MasterCard application.

Note, that Apple provides similar services, but only between Apple devices is this service available, while both Android and iPhone users have WhatsApp's service.
