Babar Azam reveals his plans in test cricket for Imam-ul-Haq

Captain Babar Azam from Pakistan said that left-hand batsman, Imamul Haq, should be included in the test squad.

Although Babar almost informed the press, he said that Imam's services could be used for future shows, taking his test record into consideration.

He said Pakistan's team will use the right one, but for the time being the new [openers] backup choices would be part of the team.

If Imam is considered to be part of the trial team by team management, he would be accepted due to his tremendous record in the red ball.

Babar said, however, it is only dependent on its results that new support options are included.

In 2018, Imam debuted his test against Ireland. Since then, in 11 test matches for Pakistan, the 25-year-old has achieved an average of 485 runs of 25.52. Since the 2019 Adelaide Test against Australia, he hasn't played test crickets.
