Huawei is Holding a Launch Event in June

Next month Huawei will announce the stable version of its HarmonyOS 2.0 in-house operating system. Shorts after the news was released, a Huawei digital blogger confirmed that its flagship MatePad Pro 2, MatePad 2, Watch 3, and Watch 3 Pro along with the latest system will also be launched.

In the past few days, the MatePad tablets were widely leaked. The Wagner code is the MatePad Pro 2 while Marx 2 is the MatePad 2. The first has a 12.6" display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and the second has a 12.2-inch display. The pro model will run "PadOS," a custom version of Harmony for tablets, powered by Kirin 9000.

The slates have also been on the 3C platform lately. The list shows that 40W wired and 27W wireless charging would be supported. A 5G edition should also be available.

With respect to wearables, HarmonyOS is supported by a revised user interface and an eSIM to enable WeChat and other features.

The Huawei P50 series was originally intended to be the first HarmonyOS system to be launched. But the launch is still in the air for unexplained reasons.

The next launch event of the company will take place on 2 June.
