Younis Khan Revealed The Real Reason Why He Resigned as Batting Coach

Pakistani legend Younis Khan has finally talked about refuting various rumours about his abrupt resignation as a national batting coach.

In speaking to Geo News, the former capt confirmed that Hasan Ali had been disturbed while the pacer was touring South Africa following the refusal of the team's fitness trainer to have an ice bath.

The Hassan Ali incident did not, however, lead the batting coach to resign, Younis explained.

He stated, Hassan apologized to him and he not only forgiving but also hugging him.

The media has exaggerated the mark of the whole Hassan Ali saga, Younis lamented that, when he resigned for the greater benefit of the PCB and Pakistani cricket, he remained silent.

Sajid Sadiq, a former sports writer, initially told Twitter last week that the incident occurred when Hassan and Youni rejected an ice bath.

In November last year, PCB awarded Younis Khan a two-year deal as the national batting coach. The 43-year-old, however, only quit for a few months.
