Twitter rolls out new feature to limit replies to your tweet after posting

Twitter has unveiled a new feature for more "meaningful" and "safe" conversations on the micro-blogging website.

The new feature will allow users to choose who can reply to their tweets.

In a Wednesday announcement, Twitter said it now allows users to determine who may reply to a tweet after it is published.

"At the top-right corner of your post, you only have to press the ellipsis button and select the option that reads: "Change who may reply."

Users may have privacy earlier before posting a tweet, however, the new change allows users to modify the privacy after posting a message.

This will prevent harassment and not only reduce unnecessary conversation. For Android, iPhone and the Web, Twitter has been redesigned.
